I/we reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Modification shall be effective immediately and will replace all prior Terms of Use. Please see the Terms of Use for the respective Education Cubes sites below.

MEMBERSHIP Terms of Use

By joining the Education Cubes Members Only Site and downloading/printing the insert cards, you agree to the following Terms of Use. The insert cards are for non-commercial use only and cannot be resold, shared, transferred, redistributed, or modified in any way.

You may:

• Download insert cards for personal and/or classroom use.
• Save the PDF files onto your computer and print off copies for your own personal/classroom use.
• Blog about or share photos of our product in use, provided that proper credit is given to Education Cubes.

You may NOT:

• Link directly to the PDF files containing the insert cards.
• Share your membership or login information with others. (Each membership is for one person only.)
• Share the PDF files with others via email, USB drive, CD, or any other format.
• Alter or change the files in any way.
• Sell any of the files or use them to drive traffic to another site.
• Transmit, store, or host the files on any other website, blog, social media outlet, or other form of electronic retrieval systems (such as Dropbox or Google Docs)
• Print off and sell the files to others.
• Print off and distribute the files others.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your device in order to view and download the insert cards. See the frequently asked questions for instructions on obtaining this free software.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Access to the Education Cubes Members Only Site is sold as a one time payment with lifetime access or as an automatically recurring monthly or annual subscription. Annual subscriptions renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your membership remains active. Monthly and annual subscriptions will continue to be processed unless you cancel your subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your membership at any time from your Account page and you will no longer be billed. However, upon cancellation, your access to the Members Only Site will be revoked immediately and you will no longer be able to download the insert cards. If you later decide to rejoin the Members Only Site after having canceled your membership, you will be charged the current listed price for the membership levels; lower "grandfathered" pricing will not be available to you.

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not offered. If you are unsure about joining the Members Only Site, please review the FAQ page and/or contact me with additional questions/concerns.

DISCONTINUATION: If the Education Cubes Members Only Site ever needed to be removed for any reason, all active members would be notified so that they could save the files onto their own computers. However, there are NO plans of removing the site.
